If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Bally Total Fitness, please reach out to us at help@ballytotalfitness.com. Our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund for applicable products.

Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of their delivery date. Additionally, for the safety of our customers, some items are final sale/non-returnable. All PPE products including all forms of face masks are not eligible for returns.
